At **Organic Monk**, we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to great work. We’re looking for someone with excellent writing and research skills to be our full-time, in-house **Copywriter/Content Writer**. As a member of the creative team, the copywriter/content writer will be responsible for producing engaging, informative, and well-researched content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, write and edit content for print, mobile, video, and social media, working closely with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality and compelling content for a range of mediums, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and meta tags to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Track and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the content.
- Collaborate with a team of Digital Marketing and creative staff, from concept development to delivery of final product

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Three or more years of professional copywriting experience, with solid portfolio of work
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
- Experience with content management systems
- Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of HTML.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective content formats and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
