Job Description: Copywriter & Content Writer (B2B & Client Handling)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Copywriter & Content Writer with experience in B2B communication and client-focused writing. From crafting compelling and impactful content to engaging to driving business growth and supporting brand positioning. A strong grasp of persuasive writing, marketing strategy, and the ability to create tailored content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored to B2B and client-side audiences, aligning with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify audience needs, industry trends, and content gaps.
- Develop content calendars and distribution plans for maximum reach and engagement.
- Develop messaging frameworks that resonate with B2B buyers and decision-makers across various industries.
- Tailor content for different stages of the sales funnel to nurture leads and convert prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling content for integrated campaigns, including digital ads, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces.
- Partner with sales teams to create client-focused materials like presentations, RFP responses, and personalized outreach messages.
- Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage projects and coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed.
- Identify opportunities to position the brand as an industry thought leader through innovative content formats, webinars, and long-form assets.
- Stay up-to-date on content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years in copywriting, content creation, and strategy for B2B audiences.
- Experience in Leadership and Client Handling.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. Proficiency in SEO principles and content marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, client needs, and marketing funnels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in industries like technology, professional services etc.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Mode: Full-time work from office in Dwarka

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
