Sales Representative

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at retail stores
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with marketing plans
- Monitor competitors' activities and provide feedback to the management team
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure proper execution of promotions and merchandising activities

**Requirements**:

- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
- At least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales or field sales in Noida
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

**Salary**: ₹16,145.39 - ₹30,291.04 per month

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel
