- Perform **data entry**:

- Use your knowledge of processes to **identify, assess, and resolve issues** during customer calls.
- Handle both **standard and non-standard problems** efficiently.
- **Seek advice** and escalate issues when tasks go beyond your scope.
- Provide excellent support by resolving issues with care and professionalism.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Graduation is mandatory.**:

- Strong **communication skills** (both written and verbal).
- Passion for helping customers and resolving issues.
