As a Floor Quality Inspector in the automotive sector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of vehicles at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Your primary goal will be to identify and address any defects or issues that may compromise the safety, reliability, or performance of the vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform visual and functional inspections of vehicles on the production floor to ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Use a variety of measurement tools, equipment, and testing devices to assess the quality and performance of vehicle components, systems, and assemblies.
- Provide training and support to production line workers on quality requirements, inspection techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results, corrective actions, and quality metrics for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to automotive quality standards and practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in quality control or inspection roles within the automotive industry, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and interact with diverse teams across the organization.
