**Job Description**:
**1. Assistant - QC**

Minimum Experience 1 to 5 yrs. In Quality Control / Assurance department (Preferred Pharma)

Education - Minimum B.Sc In Chemistry

CTC Offered - Rs. 1.44PA to 3.40PA

Location -Dahej, Ahmedabad

JD- As attached format.

Ensure compliance with all quality programs, including GMP, and HACCP

Evaluate and assist in developing processes, specifications, and critical control points in

manufacturing, for on-going quality assurance of all finished goods

Maintain current library for all GMPs, SOPs

Establish manufacturing specifications, standards, protocols and procedures for quality control and

new product development

Develop and execute training programs that support the Company’s objectives with

regard to quality and food safety

Manage QC Lab, method validation, Calibration, maintenance of all equipment’s and data systems

Create, revise, review and approve protocols, supporting analytical data, and reports associated with method validation, testing, and release of GMP starting materials, intermediates, and Non - APIs.

Demonstrate technical proficiency in analytical methodology and adherence to cGMP compliance.

Review and approve Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Test, and stability studies Serve as QC lead on analytical projects teams and product operational teams.

Establish and review training

Lab Maintenance and upkeep

Maintaining and preparing ISO documents for all QC/QA related activities.

Ensuring that all subordinates are following all the system along with ERP working.

Responsible to maintain and effective usage of all equipment’s of the Dept.

Ensuring cost saving measures are implemented at the Dept. And reducing the wastage.

To ensure that ISO process plans are followed and Quality manual guidelines are understood and

implemented by all employees of the Dept.

Proper Documentation and implementation as per ISO standards at the Unit.
