Requirements:
1-3 years of experience

Extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms(In/Fb/YT) Lives and breathes memes. Consumes every form of content on daily basis and decodes everything that is happening in the internet, Movie/web-series buff who can trade sleep for some extra hours of Binge-watching. Decodes everything right from the genre-tonality to more intricate details like color scheme, Camera angles etc. Also understands the target audience for various genres of shows Updated with pop-culture, Both Indian and International and has an ability to understand a trend before it actually becomes a trend. Basic Knowledge across various content creation tools(Photoshop/Premiere pro/Canva/Figma/Final Cut/Illustrator etc) and understands all the terminologies related to them. Enthusiastic to manage a team of like minded creators to achieve end goals Understands brands, marketing, Products, Briefs,Strategies etc. Previous experience in a social media environment is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities : You will be managing a team of content creators across all formats to carry out meme marketing campaigns for our clients (OTT and Non-OTT) You will be responsible for undertaking briefs directly from the client and work harmoniously with the Campaign and Distribution teams to form meme-marketing strategies for the same You will be conducting ideation sessions with a team of like-minded creative folks, and formulating marketing strategies based on the requirements and briefs You will be interacting with the client throughout the campaign duration to maintain a clear understanding of the roadmap of the campaigns. You will be responsible for training creators on how to create content for various clients and situations and will be documenting the Knowledge transfer process. You will be conducting your own research and creating case studies which convey any new developments/Ideas. You will be conducting meetings with your team to understand shortcomings and try to come up with solutions for the same

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
