**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Develop a deep understanding of **WalkingTree’s services, solutions, and target audience** to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
- Translate complex technical concepts into **simple, accessible, and engaging narratives** for different audiences.
- Maintain a consistent **brand voice, tone, and messaging** across all platforms.
- Develop **sales collaterals** such as **presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and pitch decks** to support the sales team.
- Assist in **demand generation campaigns** by crafting compelling marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to **identify content opportunities**.
- Conduct **market and customer research** to ensure content aligns with audience needs and business goals.
- Implement **SEO best practices** to improve content visibility and rankings.
- Optimize content based on performance analytics and user engagement metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **
- **3+ years of experience** in technical content writing, preferably in IT services, software, or SaaS industries.
- Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in **blogs, whitepapers, case studies, technical documentation, and marketing content**.
- Strong understanding of **IT services.**:

- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency in **SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies**.
- Ability to work independently, **manage multiple projects**, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers.
- Proficiency in **content creation tools** such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Grammarly, and AI-powered writing assistants.
- Experience with **CMS platforms**and **marketing automation tools**is a plus.
