**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs, and tailoring our offerings to meet their expectations. Your ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluency in both English and Malayalam is essential. You will be communicating with clients, colleagues, and partners in these languages, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Hotel Management from a recognized and respected university.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet sales within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of banquet and event planning processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill client needs.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
