**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a 3+ yrs experienced Overseas Marketing/Admission Counselor who is responsible for providing expert guidance to students and professionals seeking to study or immigrate abroad. This role involves counseling potential clients on the admission process, visa requirements, and immigration pathways. The counselor will also play a key role in marketing the organization’s services, building relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring successful client outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students and professionals regarding study options, admission requirements, and visa processes for various countries.
- Assess client profiles and guide them on suitable programs and institutions based on their qualifications, career goals, and budget.

**Marketing & Outreach**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the organization's services, including online and offline campaigns.
- Represent the organization at educational fairs, seminars, and other promotional events to attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas educational institutions, immigration bodies, and other relevant organizations.

**Process Management**:

- Keep clients updated on any changes in admission procedures or visa regulations.

**Support**:

- Provide ongoing support to students throughout the admission and immigration process, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews and other related requirements.
- Ensure a smooth transition for clients by providing pre-departure counseling, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and cultural orientation.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure all students files are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay informed about the latest immigration laws, policies, and regulations in different countries.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.
