- Providing training and guidance to employees.
- Conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.

- **Quality Control**:

- Ensuring that products meet quality standards.
- Monitoring production processes for quality defects.
- Implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
- Conducting safety inspections and addressing safety hazards.
- Promoting a safe work environment.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Scheduling routine maintenance and addressing equipment breakdowns.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements.
- Reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
- monitoring and reporting on production metrics.
- **Reporting**:

- Compiling and reporting production data.
- providing reports to upper management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in a production environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software.
- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is often preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
