Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate melting work using induction or electric arc furnaces within the foundry.
• Monitor and manage foundry process workers across areas including molding, melting, pouring, and finishing ShineIndeed.
• Verify product quality by assessing castings and raw materials at various production stages.
• Identify equipment issues, initiate maintenance or repairs, and guide operators during troubleshooting.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment ShineIndeed.
• Train workers in safe operation, foundry methods, and the proper use of foundry equipment.
• Lead production scheduling, oversee shift start-ups, shutdowns, and seamless changeovers.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the foundry team; communicate production progress, safety issues, or improvement opportunities to management Shine.
• Suggest and help implement process improvements to boost efficiency, output, or quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Melting or Foundry Supervisor, especially in supervising melting operations Shine.
• Strong grasp of metallurgy and foundry process control.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and communication skills essential for managing shift-based operations.
• Solid problem-solving skills—particularly in resolving production glitches or equipment faults.
• Willingness to operate in physically demanding environments with high heat and noise levels; shift-based (including nights) participation required.
• Familiarity with metallurgical quality standards and foundry safety practices.
