**About the role**

Location : #L1 Hybrid

Your Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

- Develop and maintain network security capability roadmaps and strategy, and works with various other security domain architects to align his/her technology and service roadmaps
- Drives new technology/product/solution evaluations and leads his/her team to identify specific security technology standards for Network Security domains
- Will have to wear ‘engineering’ hat regularly and drive product/solution Proof of Concept with other security architects/engineers
- Maintains continuous influence and oversight during all phases i.e. Plan, Build and Run phases of technology/capability lifecycle
- Leads, Identifies and develops new security design patterns for network
- Drive continuous maintenance of required network security posture
- Periodic communication of network security posture status to stakeholders
- Conduct technology/capability awareness sessions for Service Management & Security Compliance teams
- Maintains and accountability for governance oversight until technology/ capability reaches its’ steady state

**Role Requirements**
- 18+ years of IT experience
- 6+ years as Network security architect
- 9+ years in Network Security domain
- Atleast 5+ years of experience of working in or providing IT services to a large enterprises like Novartis
- Experience in design & deployment of Network segmentation/Micro-segmentation in large enterprises is a must
- Excellent understanding of other security domains like Hosting Security, Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, SIEM, Vulnerability Management
- Good understanding and experience with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF will be an added advantage
