Staff Nurse

**Full Job Description**:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate **Staff Nurse** to join our medical team at **Upchaar - The Multispeciality Hospital**. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, and supporting physicians in diagnosis and treatment. This role demands excellent communication skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a multidisciplinary environment.

- **Experience Required**: 1+ years (Freshers with internship experience may apply)
- **Qualification**: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Registered with Nursing Council)

**General Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor patient health and record signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on care, procedures, and medications
- Provide pre

- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
- Respond promptly to emergencies or deteriorating patient conditions
- Manage medical equipment and inventory in patient areas
- Coordinate with doctors, other nurses, and hospital staff to ensure seamless care delivery

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
