**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage POS billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation as per brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ice cream products to maintain quality.
- Supervise and guide junior staff to deliver high service standards.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock audits.
- Prepare basic sales and operational reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment (ice cream/dessert/QSR preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
