**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and fosteringa culture of excellence among store staff.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increaserevenue, and maximize profitability while maintaining high standards ofproduct quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they areequipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptionalservice and drive sales performance.
4. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork,accountability, and professional development opportunities for staffmembers.
5. Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends toidentify opportunities for business growth and optimize productassortment and pricing strategies.
6. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management,merchandising, visual presentation, and store maintenance, to ensurecompliance with company policies and standards.
7. Implement effective sales techniques and promotional initiatives to drivetraffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance the overall shoppingexperience for customers.
8. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to secure favorablepricing, product availability, and promotional support.
9. Uphold store security and loss prevention protocols to minimize shrinkageand safeguard company assets.
10.Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs andconcerns promptly and professionally to cultivate long-term loyalty andrepeat business.
Qualifications and Other Details:1. Minimum Educational Qualification should be a Bachelors Degree
2. Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 1 year,preferably in the jewellery industry.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with point-of-sale systemsand inventory management software.
5. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-drivendecisions to achieve business objectives.
6. Passion for jewellery and a commitment to delivering exceptional qualityand service to customers.
7. Strong business acumen and strategic mindset with a focus on drivingresults and continuous improvement.8. Should be between the age bracket of 21 to 40 years old preferably
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
