KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with the Product Development team to ensure all styles are sealed on time (according to critical path).
- Manage sealing critical path, fit meeting schedule and on-time delivery of all prototypes
- Manage size standards for all product categories, establishing and maintaining fit and size standards for the brand.
- Create marker with best possible efficiency.
- Launch and approve graded spec charts, monitoring correct and consistent grade rules across all vendors.
- Lead seasonal fit and grading reviews with the wider teams and action feedback where required.
- provides technical support for the production of clothing, from design to manufacture.
- should have basic knowledge of fabric properties & accessories quality /shrinkage and handling of raw material.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A proven track record of confidently leading fitting sessions from Prototype stage through to Pre-Production approval to bulk.
- A solid knowledge of garment construction.
- A history of setting and achieving quality standards, appropriate to a high-end/luxury brand, across a variety of product categories.
- A firm understanding of grading across Womens wear (Childrenswear would also be an advantage).
- Organised and efficient ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Organisational skills with experience of working to critical deadlines.
- Good communication skills with experience of liaising with a range of suppliers and other partners.
- Experience of working within a team.
- Experience of developing other team members an advantage.
- Good office and administration skills, with a systematic approach to logging information.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Your key skills and attributes will include:

- Passionate about your work with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience ranging 2 to 7 years with an Export House, Sourcing Company or Test Laboratory
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- UG : Diploma in Export/Import, Fashion Designing/Other Designing, B.A in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Textile, Any Graduate
- PG : Any Postgraduate, Post Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM in International Business

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
