Mycleaners is a leading professional cleaning and laundry service provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive Operations Executive who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and franchise partners to maintain efficiency.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and quality checks.
- Assist in workforce planning, staff scheduling, and performance management.
- Track, analyze, and report operational data for process improvements.
- Support management in implementing new policies, SOPs, and automation tools.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and health & safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic operational software/ERP tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
