**Position**: Video and Content Editor
**Location**: Noida Sector 18
**Department**: Creative/Marketing
**Reports to**: Creative Director/Content Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and create visually compelling video content.
- Add appropriate sound, music, graphics, and effects to enhance the final video output.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in brainstorming and developing ideas for multimedia content including video scripts, blog posts, articles, and social media content.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure content is engaging, optimized for SEO, and tailored to target audiences.
- Maintain and update content calendars for consistent delivery of high-quality, relevant materials.
- **Post-Production**:

- Manage the post-production process, including color correction, sound editing, and final cut approval.
- Organize and archive raw footage, completed projects, and other digital assets.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Adapt video and written content to various formats (landscape, portrait, square) depending on the platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics for content to optimize future projects.
- Stay up to date with the latest editing software, content trends, and platform updates.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members across departments, including graphic designers, content writers, and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive and impactful content.
- Communicate project progress and potential challenges effectively to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor or content editor (provide portfolio or examples of past work).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Strong writing and editing skills for digital content, with a focus on clarity, creativity, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video effects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Graphic design experience (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Photography and basic videography skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in video editing or content creation are advantageous.
