**Main responsibilities**
- Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts.
- Analyse the requirements and come up with testing efforts and approach for testing
- Should be able to identify the test scenario’s and prepare test cases with all prerequisites, positive, negative, and corner scenarios
- Should be able to configure test data in the D365 CE
- Should be able to execute the test cases in the test management tool (DevOps)
- Should know how to create and manage test plans
- Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
- Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up to date.
- Ability to perform data migration and integration testing using stubs, API, etc
- Should be able to support UAT users and review the issues raised during UAT
- Should understand the defect lifecycle, severity, and priority of defects
- Should be able to provide the root cause analyse for the defect

**Skills and experience**
- Required:_
- 2 to 7 years’ experience in testing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in testing functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Microsoft CRM
- Understanding of functional module of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
- Should be able to understand and have knowledge of core functional Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
- Microsoft SQL Server understanding would be an added advantage
- Prior Exposure of working in Agile team is added advantage.
- Resource having the automation (Selenium) knowledge would be an added advantage
- Considered as a plus:_
- Graduate Degree (B.E/B.Tech, BCA, BSc, B. Com) or Diploma.
- Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics 365 CE would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.
- Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.

Country and/or overseas travel might be required as per business requirements
