Receptionist Office Assistant

The Receptionist cum Office Assistant is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

One must possess great people skills, patience and be able to multi-task. Must have a cheery and chatty personality. Well-organized Friendly and polite (manners cost nothing after all) Efficient Able to deal with difficult clients or customers (not everyone knows the manners rule) Self-motivated Good with computer systems Have polished communication skills Mandatory Skills : Front Office Guest Relations, Receptionist Activities, EPABX, MS Office, basic computer knowledge. Able to work from Morning: 9:30 am to evening: 7:00 pm Must be able to reach office on their own.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
