**Join Our Team as a UI-UX Designer**

Are you a passionate UI-UX designer with a knack for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces? We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team. In addition to your expertise in UI-UX design, we value hands-on experience in other design disciplines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI-UX Design**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest UI-UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including websites, social media, and print materials.
- Create visual content such as icons, illustrations, and infographics.
- Develop brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as
- Figma, and InVision
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch,.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with design systems and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs across various media.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers.
- Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Maintain a design library and ensure efficient workflow and file management.

**Stipend**:Fixed (5000)
