**About Us**:
BNET Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is a startup company specializing in insurance brokerage services. We aim to simplify the insurance buying process for our clients, offering expert advice and a range of products to suit individual needs. We are currently looking for passionate and creative individuals to join our team as UI/UX Design Interns to help shape the user experience of our digital products.

**Role Overview**:
As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of UI/UX design, contribute to real projects, and build a strong portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with UI/UX standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills (academic or personal projects acceptable).
- Passion for user-centered design and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
