Job Description: Computer Operator (Pran Security)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Recharge TV Packages: Receive subscriber requests and efficiently process the recharge of TV packages, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

2. Maintain Tally: Accurately record and update financial transactions using accounting software, specifically Tally. Ensure that all entries are properly classified and documented.

3. Day-to-Day Accounting: Handle routine accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and tracking expenses. Verify and reconcile financial data to maintain accurate records.

4. Monthly Revenue and Expense Reports: Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing monthly revenue and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of improvement.

5. Subscriber Support: Provide assistance and resolve inquiries related to TV package recharges, billing, and account maintenance. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring subscribers' satisfaction.

6. Data Entry and Management: Enter and maintain data in various systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Regularly update customer records, financial information, and other relevant data.

7. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Address technical issues that may arise during the recharge process or while using accounting software. Collaborate with the IT department or external support teams to resolve complex problems.

8. Compliance and Security: Adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure data privacy and security. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle financial records with utmost care.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in computer operations or accounting will be a plus.

3. Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures. Understanding of revenue and expense reporting.

4. Attention to Detail: Strong numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Accuracy is crucial when handling financial data and performing data entry tasks.

5. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Maintain a well-organized system for record-keeping and documentation.

6. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to TV package recharges and accounting software.

7. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with subscribers, colleagues, and external support teams.

8. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

9. Integrity: Handle financial transactions and sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
