**Job Title:

- Quality Inspector**

Qualification : Diploma ( Mechanical) with Min 2Years Experience

Position reports to Plant Head / Business Head

Responsible for ensuring the over all smooth functioning in the work place

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prod. Manufacturing Process Knowledge
- All Quality Assurance Record Keeping
- Daily in process inspection
- 1 st piece inspection Monitoring
- Rejection / Rework Analysis
- Operator Training for Instrument handling
- Pre dispatch inspection report
- Handling Final Inspection
- New Sample inspection Report
- Management by walking around
- Any other work assigned or delegated by the management.
- Continuous Improvements / Kaizens / 5S
- Adhere to quality system.
- Follow safety & Environmental norms
