**Stipend**: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month (based on performance and contributions)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Implementation**:

- Assist in implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly articles and blogs.
- **Link Building**:

- Work on backlinking strategies by identifying and reaching out to relevant websites.
- Assist in building quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Track keyword rankings and provide weekly performance reports.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Research competitors' SEO strategies and identify areas of improvement.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Assist in identifying and fixing technical issues like broken links, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools like Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress.
- Experience with content writing or blogging.
