Job Title: Maintenance Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and order spare parts and maintenance supplies as needed.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA).
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
- Work closely with quality assurance, production, and engineering teams to ensure mínimal disruption to manufacturing.
- Ensure all tools and test equipment are calibrated and used per procedures.
- Support facility operations including HVAC systems, compressed air, purified water systems, etc.
- Assist in the installation, qualification, and validation of new equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ protocols).
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Ensure all maintenance activities are documented in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment (e.g., HVAC, cleanrooms, autoclaves, CNC machines, molding machines).
- **Required Qualifications**: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- **Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and cleanroom maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with preventive maintenance software (CMMS).
- Basic understanding of validation and calibration processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and equipment manuals.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
