Job Title

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with medical technology and contribute to the overall business of the organization.
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and maintaining medical equipment, as well as strong communication skills to effectively interact with clinical teams. They will be responsible for implementing biomedical SOPs, planning and implementing medical technology upgrades, and coordinating training programs.

  1. Maintenance reports preparation and compilation, and to maintain the equipment records

  2. Scheduling, implementing, and reporting on maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functionality

  3. Providing technical support to users and managing inventory of medical equipment

  4. Collaborating with clinical departments to plan and implement effective medical technologies

  5. Documenting and reporting on installation, commissioning, and training on new medical technologies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a B.E./B.Tech/Dip in relevant field and at least 4-7 years of experience in medical technology maintenance. They should also possess excellent communication skills and ability to read and understand equipment manuals.

Key Performance Indicators:

The success in this position will be measured by parameters such as medical equipment breakdown fix rate, timely implementation of equipment maintenance schedules, and effective training programs.
