**Position - Executive Corporate Relation & Placements (B2B)**

**Roles/Responsibilities**

As an Executive - Corporate Relation & Placements (B2B), you will be responsible for building relationships with CXO, HR Heads, L&D Heads to create a portfolio of corporate clients covering a user base of 10000-15000 employees.
- Establish a consulting approach with clients to understand their Up-Skilling & ReSkilling needs.
- Create an Upskilling & Re-skilling plan after discussion with Internal stakeholders for L&D & Business Heads.
- Capture domain-specific feedback on how the content needs to be improved for meeting the client requirements
- Work with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals to close deals.
- Take end-to-end ownership of Sales cycle from Lead generation to client success - work with internal teams for ensuring seamless usage by client employees
- Develop, establish, maintain processes that contribute to future development of revenue and streamlining of Placement processes

**Experience & Preferred Background**
- Strong business acumen & persuasive communicator who is passionate about growing business and taking up new challenges.

**Education - Graduate/ MBA**

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
