**Overview**:
The Sales Executive role at Allwave AV Systems Private Limited focuses on driving business growth by managing leads, conducting client meetings, and delivering tailored solutions. Working closely with the VP of Business Development, this hybrid role combines remote work with on-site client engagement, offering a dynamic environment to showcase sales and relationship-building expertise.

Experience : 00 - 05 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and maintain leads to drive sales in the designated area.
- Conduct 2 - 3 client meetings daily at client locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress to the reporting manager.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Language Skills**:Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Tamil and Malayalam is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- **Other Requirements**: Self-motivated and comfortable with hybrid work environments.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
