Job Description:
Position: Marketing Associate (Traditional Marketing)

Location: Kanpur

Experience Required: 3-4 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor offline marketing campaigns such as print ads, billboards, brochures, and flyers.

Event Coordination: Organize and manage events like trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.

Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for the production of marketing materials and advertisements.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all offline marketing materials.

Market Research: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to create marketing materials that support business objectives.

Advertising & Media Planning: Coordinate with media agencies for the placement of advertisements on TV, radio, and other traditional channels.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3-4 years of proven experience in traditional marketing roles.

Excellent knowledge of offline marketing channels and tools.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail in designing campaigns and promotional materials.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage budgets and negotiate effectively with vendors.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
