**Key Responsibilities**:
- Menu Development: Create, curate, and innovate a menu of authentic South Indian dishes, focusing on taste, quality, and consistency.
- Recipe Standardisation: Ensure consistent recipe execution, with a focus on maintaining authenticity and portion control
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen workflow, timely service, and teamwork.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory, sourcing of ingredients, ensuring cost control and mínimal wastage.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in every dish served.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all dishes meet customers’ expectations in terms of taste, presentation, and timely service.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Proven experience as a South Indian Chef, with at least 7-8 years in a similar role.
- Expertise in preparing a wide range of South Indian dishes, including dosa, idli, vada, sambar, and regional specialties.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage kitchen staff effectively.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and best practices in kitchen management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and passionate about cooking, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
