**Role: Teacher Assistant - Eco & BST (CBSE Board)**

This is not a typical assistant job. You will be an integral part of classroom delivery, student engagement, and academic operations. It's the perfect launchpad if you're aiming to become a confident commerce faculty member.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist senior faculties in teaching **Economics & Business Studies** for 11th and 12th CBSE students
- Handle **doubt-solving sessions**, revision classes, and remedial support
- Maintain class discipline, student records, and academic follow-up
- Help in **content creation**, test checking, and academic documentation
- Provide support during seminars, exam practice, and parent meetings
- Coordinate with students and keep them motivated and goal-oriented

**Who Should Apply?**
- Commerce graduates or postgraduates (B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA - preferred)
- Smart, energetic, and willing to work in a student-friendly environment
- Must be tech-friendly - working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google tools
- Passionate about teaching and learning
