**Responsibilities**:
**Animation Production**:

- Create visually stunning and dynamic animations using industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Integrate visual elements, text, and audio to produce engaging and innovative motion graphics.

**Conceptualization and Design**:

- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and bring ideas to life through animation.
- Design and develop captivating motion graphic content aligned with client requirements.

**Storyboarding**:

- Develop storyboards to plan and visualize the sequence and flow of motion graphics projects.

**Post-Production**:

- Edit and enhance animation sequences, ensuring the final output meets quality standards.
- Integrate sound effects, music, and voiceovers to enhance the overall impact of animations.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative professionals to deliver cohesive and visually appealing projects.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Specialist or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically proficient motion graphic work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
