**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a Motion Graphics Artist, develop and execute innovative concepts to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and motion graphics for a variety of projects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining company quality standards.
- Plan and design content according to client requirements, ensuring the final product adheres to company policies and standards.
- Stay updated with the latest techniques and procedures in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Utilize and learn the latest AI tools to enhance design efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various locations and departments to achieve project goals.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience working in motion graphics.
- Strong video editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience with designing advertisements is a plus.
- Ability to quickly understand concepts and bring ideas to life through motion graphics and video content.
- Strong track record of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and find ways to improve processes and content.
- Result-driven and able to complete tasks with tight timelines.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience with Adobe After Effects.
- Experience in 3D preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English and Tamil.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are a MUST.
