**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Management Information Systems (MIS) within HRV Global Life Sciences. This role involves data management, reporting, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the MIS to support business operations and decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Management**:

- Collect, validate, and manage data from various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain data management policies and procedures.

2. **Reporting**:

- Generate and distribute regular reports to management, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Create ad-hoc reports as needed to address specific business needs or queries.
- Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for improvements.

3. **System Maintenance**:

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of MIS, ensuring systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with IT department for system upgrades and enhancements.

4. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement within MIS and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices for data management and reporting.
- Provide training and support to staff on MIS-related tools and processes.

5. **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Implement and monitor data security measures to protect sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS, data management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
