Job Function(s): Design, creative, typography, art / illustrations, client facing communications, advertising and marketing collaterals, testing graphics across media, preparing rough drafts, and presenting, corporate and social video generation, conceptualize visuals based on requirements, Implementing feedback and changes

**Responsibilities**:
▪ Logo design

▪ Create and design various materials for digital and print.

▪ Select colours, fonts, images, and layouts.

▪ Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with quality output.

▪ Advise on best practices and optimisations throughout design projects.

▪ Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more expressive graphics for the company.

▪ Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Corel Draw).

▪ Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.

▪ Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

▪ Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces.

▪ QA design for errors.

▪ Implement feedback and changes wherever required.

▪ Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

▪ Packaging design, retail branding, etc.

▪ Well versed in design terminologies and providing rationale behind design elements and style.

▪ Working on pitch decks to onboard new clients.

**Requirements**:
▪ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field

▪ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Corel Draw

▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

▪ A minimum of two years’ experience in graphic design

▪ Attention to detail.

▪ Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.

▪ Strong analytical skills.

▪ Time management and organisational skills.

▪ Familiarity with Figma software is preferred.

▪ Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.

▪ Experience with both print and digital media.

▪ The ability to work efficiently under pressure.

▪ Excellent organisational and time management skills.

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
