**Solution Provider - EXIM Sales Coordinator**

Þ Manage the export and import documentation process.

Þ Coordinate and Update the customers as well as concerned team members about the status of the orders and past records as and when necessary.

Þ Might need to coordinate with supplier on the status of the orders

Þ Maintain Salesforce records for the accounts responsible for

Þ Develop cordial relationships with the customers and their teams

Þ Assist customers with help in Export or Import queries or procedures

Þ Seek enquiries from the customer for future requirements

Þ Maintaining and enhancing customer relations with the assistance of the Marketing Team.

**Preferred Requirements**:
Þ Past experience in Export and Import companies (Paper related industries will be preferred)

Þ Knowledge of shipping and documentation

Þ Fluent written and spoken English, any other language knowledge will be a bonus

Þ Ability to grasp and learn technical skills

Þ Experience dealing with clients in the Gulf will be an added bonus

**Key Performance Indicators**:
Þ Net Promoter Score

Þ Customer Retention Percentage

Þ Percentage of completed surveys

**Technical Qualifications Preferred**:
Þ Knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Þ Past experience of a CRM Software or ERP Software

Þ Diploma or Equivalent Degree in International Business, Shipping, EXIM, etc.

**Other Terms and Conditions**:
CTC: INR 25,000 - 30,000 per Month (Negotiable) + Company Benefits |

Þ Working hours: Monday - Saturday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
