**Job Title: IT Helpdesk & Desktop Support Executive**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **dedicated and skilled IT Helpdesk & Desktop Support Executive** to join our growing IT team. You will be the first point of contact for all technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking. If you’re passionate about IT support and have strong troubleshooting skills, we’d love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **Level 1 & Level 2 technical support** for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- **Install, configure, and troubleshoot** Windows OS (10/11), MS Office, and basic software.
- Manage routine **LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity** issues.
- Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide **remote & on-site support** to internal users.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in **desktop support / IT helpdesk / user support**.
- Good understanding of **Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting**.
- Basic knowledge of **networking (LAN, DHCP, IP, Wi-Fi)**.
- Familiarity with **ticketing tools** and **remote support tools**.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests efficiently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science.
- Certifications like **CompTIA A+ / MCSA / CCNA (optional but preferred).**
