**About Us**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fabrication & Assembly**:
**-**Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components according to blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications.

**Equipment Operation**:

- Operate shears, press brakes, laser cutting machines, and other metal fabrication tools and equipment.

**Welding & Finishing**:

- Perform welding, grinding, and finishing of sheet metal components as needed.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality, accuracy, and design specifications.

**Material Handling**:
**-**Select appropriate materials (like stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel) and ensure their proper handling and storage.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

**Technical Support**:
**-**Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues related to design and fabrication.

**Required Skills & Qualifications Experience**:

- Minimum of [7-10 years] experience as a Sheet Metal Fabricator or similar role.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using fabrication tools like press brakes, shears, laser cutters, and welding equipment.

**Blueprint Reading**:

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

**Attention to Detail**:

- Precision in measuring, cutting, and assembling metal components.

**Physical Fitness**:

- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

**Knowledge of Materials**:

- Familiarity with various metals like stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perundurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
