**About Us**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Welding Operations**:

- Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on materials like mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum as per technical drawings and specifications.

**Fabrication Support**:

- Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of machine components and metal structures.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure strong, durable, and visually appealing joints.

**Blueprint Interpretation**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine welding specifications.

**Equipment Handling**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, including torches, grinders, and other tools.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations.

**Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Identify defects and perform necessary repairs on welded components to maintain production efficiency.

**Required Skills & QualificationsExperience**:

- Minimum of 7-10years experience as a Welder or similar role.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.

**Blueprint Reading**:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical instructions.

**Material Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with welding different metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

**Attention to Detail**:

- Precision in alignment, measurement, and ensuring defect-free welds.

**Physical Fitness**:

- Ability to lift heavy materials, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.

**Safety Awareness**:

- Knowledge of welding safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perundurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
