**Job Title**: Architect

**Location**: HBR Layout - Bangalore

**Type**: Full-Time

**Experience**: 4-5 Years

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and project management.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to create detailed drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design process, from concept development to construction documentation.
- Create innovative and functional architectural designs.
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and materials.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of junior architects and designers.
- Manage projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Present design proposals to clients and obtain necessary approvals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Licensed architect preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated project management experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
