**Job Title: creative Designer**

**Location: Infopark koratty, Thrissur**

**Experience: 3+ years**

**Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, logos, websites, social media, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate complex ideas and concepts into engaging visual representations.
- Utilize motion graphics and animation tools to enhance visual storytelling.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and communication channels.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.

**Skills and Qualification**
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools, such as After Effects or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience in a creative design role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools is highly desirable.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
