**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate on Campaigns**: Work closely with the marketing team to understand client needs and contribute to the conceptualization and execution of creative strategies.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all design work aligns with clients' brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
- **Optimize Visual Content**: Design engaging, visually appealing content that increases engagement, conversion, and overall performance across campaigns.
- **Stay on Trend**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that the agency's designs remain innovative and fresh.
- **Iterate and Revise**: Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback and revisions into final assets.
- **Ensure Timely Delivery**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design quality.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer** or **Creative Designer** in a digital marketing environment or similar field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects, particularly in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of web design principles and digital advertising formats.
- Ability to create visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and design composition.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
