**Job Title: Graphics Designer**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphics Designer to join our marketing department.

Person will collaborate with stakeholders to create visually appealing and effective materials that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. In addition to your design responsibilities, person will play a crucial role in coordinating various marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand objectives and target audiences.
- Translate marketing briefs into creative and engaging visual concepts.
- Assist in coordinating marketing projects and activities, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and external vendors, to facilitate the implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of digital and print materials.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Corel Draw, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
