**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct microbiological analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
- Perform testing for total plate count, yeast & mold, coliforms, E. coli, salmonella, and other microbial indicators.
- Maintain and operate all microbiological instruments (Laminar Flow, Autoclave, Incubator, etc.).
- Maintain microbiological media preparation, validation, and sterilization protocols.
- Ensure compliance with BIS, ISO, and client-defined microbial testing procedures.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, logs, and reports as per SOP and audit requirements.
- Participate in internal audits, calibrations, and routine lab hygiene practices.
- Assist in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation for microbiological deviations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biology, or related life sciences field.
- **Experience**: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in microbiological testing, preferably in a chemical, mineral, or industrial manufacturing setup.
- Strong understanding of microbiological techniques, safety standards, and lab protocols.
- Good documentation skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
