**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule dispatch activities to ensure on-time delivery of goods or services.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics partners to monitor shipments.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, delivery schedules, and transportation records.
- Resolve delivery or scheduling issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate delivery status updates to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch and delivery details for reporting purposes.
- Optimize routing and load management to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Liaise with customers to confirm delivery requirements and address any concerns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
- Knowledge of local geography and traffic regulations.
