**Job Role**
- **Release Purchase Orders (P.O.s)**:Issue P.O.s according to customer requirements as soon as the lead is finalized by the sales team.
- **Follow-Up on Deliveries**:Track and ensure timely delivery of products (doors, fire shafts, interiors) to the site. Liaise with vendors and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- **Factory & On-Site Product Inspection**:Inspect the quality of products at the factory and after delivery to ensure they meet customer standards and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Manage Installation**:Coordinate with installation teams and supervise the installation process on-site to ensure timely and quality execution.
- **Client Communication**:Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and ensure their satisfaction with progress.
- **Payment Follow-Up**:Follow up with clients on pending payments and ensure timely collection as per the payment terms.
- **Material Management**:Update material in-and-out records in the company’s system and keep track of inventory for project execution.
- **Data Entry & System Updates**:Accurately input project data and material usage into the company’s management system for business review and performance monitoring.
- **Daily Meetings**:Attend daily company meetings to provide updates on project status and collaborate with other departments, with clear preparation of daily and weekly plans.
- Commuting & Site Visits: Be available for on-site inspections and installations, with the ability to commute using your own bike.
