Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling & Admissions
- Understand students' educational background and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Provide detailed information about courses, syllabus, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Address student inquiries regarding admission, course selection, and career planning.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Follow up with prospective students and encourage enrollments.
- Maintain and update a database of leads and admission status.

3. Course Promotion & Marketing Support
- Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, and educational fairs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials related to courses and admissions.

4. Student Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students to provide academic support.
- Address student concerns related to faculty, class schedules, or academic performance.
- Assist students with financial aid, scholarships, or installment plans if applicable.

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure proper documentation of student admissions, fee payments, and records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, conversions, and student feedback.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for student certifications and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate (BBA, MBA, or education-related degrees preferred)
- Experience: 1-3 years in student counseling, sales, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software or student management systems is a plus
- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and convert potential students
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Patience and empathy in handling student concerns
