**About Toprankers**:Toprankers is a premier edtech company in India, offering top-notch online education and testpreparation services. We cater to various competitive exams, including management entranceexams, by providing comprehensive study materials and expert guidance.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counselling to students both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Explain the features and benefits of Toprankers' courses and programs.
- Assist students in the enrollment process, including course selection and registration.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain records of student interactions and provide regular reports on counselling activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Knowledge of management entrance exams (CAT, IPMAT, CUET) is desirable.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
